O Ocean Rebellion, Portugal, marcou o dia mundial da \u00e1gua ao encenar uma recorda\u00e7\u00e3o do fr\u00e1gil estado do Oceano com Movimento Pelas \u00c1guas e Serras<\/strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centenas de trabalhadores a caminho de casa testemunharam merengues encalhados apanhados dentro de artes de pesca e res\u00edduos pl\u00e1sticos, asfixiados pelo lixo deitado fora da nossa cultura descart\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoje em dia, em Portugal como em tantas outras partes do globo, vemos uma falta de pol\u00edticas relativas \u00e0 protec\u00e7\u00e3o dos nossos recursos naturais, levando a uma s\u00e9rie de secas, secas e inc\u00eandios selvagens que est\u00e3o a amea\u00e7ar muitas popula\u00e7\u00f5es mundiais. Um exemplo claro e inquietante \u00e9 o plano de minera\u00e7\u00e3o a c\u00e9u aberto em Covas do Barroso<\/a>, Patrim\u00f3nio Mundial da Agricultura, perto do nosso \u00fanico Parque Nacional Portugu\u00eas Peneda-Ger\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por mais louco que pare\u00e7a, em 2023, ainda temos de lutar pela protec\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso direito mais b\u00e1sico: o direito de viver. O que, claro, s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel porque o nosso planeta Terra pode satisfazer as nossas necessidades - mas n\u00e3o por muito tempo se continuarmos a seguir este caminho de constante neglig\u00eancia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao que torna a vida poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Rebeli\u00e3o dos Oceanos promete pressionar o governo portugu\u00eas ao invadir as ruas e as costas. Continuaremos a lembrar a todos que a Terra deve ser protegida para o benef\u00edcio de toda a vida. A Terra n\u00e3o pode ser tratada como um recurso econ\u00f3mico e explorada para o benef\u00edcio de algumas pessoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
