Maar er zijn berichten over 'RSPCA Assured' zalmkwekerijen in Schotland die extreem hoge sterftecijfers hebben, sommige wel zo hoog als&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/donstaniford.typepad.com\/my-blog\/2022\/12\/74-mortality-reported-by-rspca-assured-scottish-sea-farms-supplier-to-ms-in-loch-nevis-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">74%<\/a>. Dat is 74% aan door de RSPCA verzekerde gekweekte zalm die in een maand tijd onder wrede omstandigheden sterft.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wildfish.org\/latest-news\/certification-of-farmed-salmon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(Wildfish, 2023)<\/a>. Langzaam verslonden door zeeluizen of tergend gedood door ziekten veroorzaakt door&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2023\/jan\/15\/salmon-death-scotland-fish-farm-jellyfish-overcrowding\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">overbevolking.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is dit niet de definitie van dierenmishandeling? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Waar zijn jullie in hemelsnaam mee bezig, RSPCA? Probeert u moedwillig uw eigen reputatie te vernietigen?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n    <h2 id=\"callout-block_922702c5564db42c41f53cd7ffcf7b26\" class=\"callout-heading callout-heading-advanced\">\n\n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">RSPCA<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">Verzekerd<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">zalm<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">wreedheid<\/span>\n    \n    \n    <\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<p>De RSPCA knijpt een oogje dicht voor de wreedheid van de Schotse zalmkwekerijen en steekt liever geld in de zalmkwekerij-industrie voor zijn 'dierenwelzijnsgarantie'-etikettering. Deze etikettering is te zien op alle Schotse gekweekte zalmproducten in alle supermarkten. Er zijn zelfs wilde beschuldigingen dat gewonde en zieke vissen in producten als gerookte zalm en kant-en-klare vistaarten in de menselijke voedselketen terechtkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maar maak je geen zorgen, er is hulp beschikbaar. We hebben een handig vispasteirecept bedacht dat je kunt delen in je plaatselijke supermarkt - het is hetzelfde recept dat onze zalmkoppen deelden met gasten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kunt het hieronder downloaden en afdrukken bij je lokale printer (dubbelzijdig A6) of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/flyers-leaflets\/a6\/\">hier<\/a> online.
