Pas du tout, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que le r\u00e9seau net z\u00e9ro propos\u00e9 (\u00e9dulcor\u00e9), sabord\u00e9 par Trump et ses acolytes, \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fondamentalement d\u00e9fectueux. L'accord ne pr\u00e9voyait aucune obligation d'\u00e9liminer le fioul lourd ou toute autre \u00e9nergie fossile ou gazeuse du transport maritime. Il ne contenait qu'un vague plan d'\u00e9limination progressive des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le transport maritime est d\u00e9j\u00e0 responsable de 5% d'\u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (le double de l'aviation). Il semble que ce chiffre passera \u00e0 10% si rien n'est fait.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n    <h2 id=\"callout-block_61f3ddb585aa406bbf821380513425cb\" class=\"callout-heading callout-heading-advanced\">\n\n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">d'exp\u00e9dition<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">responsable<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">pour 5% de serre<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">les \u00e9missions de gaz.<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">bient\u00f4t 10%<\/span>\n    \n    \n    <\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, les industries du transport maritime, du p\u00e9trole et du gaz promeuvent ce qu'elles appellent la <a href=\"https:\/\/sea-lng.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u2019L'avenir du transport maritime\u2019<\/a>. Ce \u2018futur\u2019, c'est le gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 (GNL). Un autre combustible fossile qui laisse \u00e9chapper du m\u00e9thane tout au long de sa production et de son utilisation. Le m\u00e9thane est 20 fois plus responsable du r\u00e9chauffement climatique \u00e0 court terme que le fioul lourd. De plus, le GNL a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation des cancers l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il est produit. Cela signifie qu'il n'y a pas de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions, mais seulement un changement du type de pollution.
