\u2b06\ufe0f Semaine des croisi\u00e8res CLIA<\/a> a re\u00e7u un accueil insolent \u00e0 Rotterdam. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les trois jours de la CLIA Cruise Week ont re\u00e7u un accueil inattendu \u00e0 Rotterdam de la part de r\u00e9sidents et d'artistes en col\u00e8re qui en ont assez de respirer ses polluants. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9clare qu'il \"r\u00e9unira les plus hauts responsables des compagnies de croisi\u00e8re, les d\u00e9cideurs politiques, les partenaires commerciaux et les fournisseurs pour discuter de l'avenir de l'industrie\" - les r\u00e9sidents pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient que l'industrie parte en croisi\u00e8re et fasse quelque chose d'utile \u00e0 la place.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n \n Il y a<\/span>\n \n \n pas d'avenir pour<\/span>\n \n \n polluant<\/span>\n \n \n le tourisme<\/span>\n \n \n <\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n

D\u00e8s l'ouverture festive de la CLIA Cruiseweek, un groupe de trente membres d'Extinction Rebellion NL a p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans le hall d'exposition. Les rebelles ont accroch\u00e9 une grande banderole portant l'inscription \"You Are Not Welcome Here\" (Vous n'\u00eates pas les bienvenus ici). Ils ont \u00e9galement jet\u00e9 des poign\u00e9es de confettis noirs sur les stands d'exposition des diff\u00e9rentes compagnies de croisi\u00e8res. Au m\u00eame moment, un deuxi\u00e8me groupe a occup\u00e9 les escaliers du b\u00e2timent sur le Koopgoot. Les passants \u00e9taient invit\u00e9s \u00e0 manifester leur m\u00e9contentement \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de l'industrie de la croisi\u00e8re en passant leurs fesses nues par un trou dans une pancarte de protestation portant le texte suivant : \"Vous n'\u00eates pas les bienvenus ici\" : \"Cruise My Ass\" (Croisi\u00e8re mon cul)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"N'est-il pas insens\u00e9 que les petites entreprises ne soient autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 entrer dans la ville qu'\u00e0 bord d'une camionnette non polluante \u00e0 partir de l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, alors que ces navires extr\u00eamement sales se dirigent directement vers le centre-ville ?<\/em><\/strong> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Pim de Vleeschhouwer.  \"Et la municipalit\u00e9 subventionne \u00e9galement les op\u00e9rateurs !<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un bateau de croisi\u00e8re \u00e9met en moyenne deux fois plus de CO2 par kilom\u00e8tre et par personne qu'un avion. En outre, les navires de croisi\u00e8re sont \u00e0 l'origine d'\u00e9missions extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es d'oxydes de soufre (SOx). Ces substances nocives peuvent provoquer des probl\u00e8mes respiratoires et des cancers du poumon. La conf\u00e9rence se concentrera sur la \"durabilit\u00e9\" de l'industrie en adoptant les mesures suivantes Carburant GNL.<\/a> Bien que la combustion du GNL \u00e9mette moins de CO2, beaucoup plus de m\u00e9thane est lib\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/a> Cela ne rend certainement pas le GNL plus \u00e9cologique, et pourrait m\u00eame \u00eatre plus nocif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ocean Rebellion s'associe \u00e0 Extinction Rebellion NL et demande \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 de Rotterdam de faire preuve d'honn\u00eatet\u00e9 quant aux dommages caus\u00e9s par les navires de croisi\u00e8re. La municipalit\u00e9 de Rotterdam refuse de faire passer la sant\u00e9 de ses citoyens en premier, c'est pourquoi il est n\u00e9cessaire que nous nous soulevions et que nous interdisions les croisi\u00e8res \u00e0 Rotterdam.<\/em><\/strong> Selon De Vleeschhouwer.
