Notre recette de tourte au poisson MSC explique comment le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msc.org\/uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marine Stewardship Council (Conseil de bonne gestion des ressources marines)<\/a> a invent\u00e9 une recette de mensonges pour justifier sa \"coche bleue durable\" pour les produits de la mer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au recto du d\u00e9pliant figure le plat que le MSC propose sur son site Internet. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msc.org\/what-you-can-do\/sustainable-fish-seafood-recipes\/recipe\/family-fish-pie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">site web<\/a>. Au verso, nous expliquons la \"Marine Stewardship Method\", un tour de passe-passe qui a tromp\u00e9 les consommateurs et leur a fait croire qu'ils achetaient des produits de la mer durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La m\u00e9thode du Marine Stewardship Council :<\/strong><br>Cr\u00e9er une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif charg\u00e9e d'\u00e9tiqueter les produits de la p\u00eache comme \u00e9tant durables. La financer en demandant aux p\u00eacheries de payer pour une coche bleue \"p\u00eache durable\" et persuader le public que cette coche est digne de confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuer \u00e0 vendre la tique bleue aux p\u00eacheries tout en ignorant que la p\u00eache industrielle surexploite les oc\u00e9ans \u00e0 un rythme alarmant. D\u00e9cider que les m\u00e9thodes de p\u00eache destructrices, telles que les dispositifs d\u00e9rivants de concentration de poissons (DCP), sont acceptables, m\u00eame si les scientifiques marins vous disent le contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organiser un prix pour r\u00e9compenser les p\u00eacheries industrielles de thon pour leur destruction des populations de poissons.
