Ocean Rebellion, au Portugal, a marqu\u00e9 la journ\u00e9e mondiale de l'eau en mettant en sc\u00e8ne un rappel de l'\u00e9tat fragile de l'oc\u00e9an avec Movimento Pelas \u00c1guas e Serras (Mouvement pour les eaux et les serres)<\/strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des centaines de travailleurs qui rentraient chez eux ont vu des gens de mer \u00e9chou\u00e9s, pris dans des engins de p\u00eache et des d\u00e9chets plastiques, \u00e9touff\u00e9s par les d\u00e9chets de notre culture du jetable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd'hui, au Portugal comme dans tant d'autres r\u00e9gions du monde, nous constatons un manque de politiques concernant la protection de nos ressources naturelles, ce qui entra\u00eene une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9p\u00e9rissements marins, de s\u00e9cheresses et d'incendies de for\u00eat qui menacent de nombreuses populations mondiales. Un exemple clair et inqui\u00e9tant est le projet de Exploitation mini\u00e8re \u00e0 ciel ouvert \u00e0 Covas do Barroso<\/a>Le parc national de Peneda-Ger\u00eas, patrimoine mondial de l'agriculture, est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de notre seul et unique parc national portugais, Peneda-Ger\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aussi fou que cela puisse para\u00eetre, en 2023, nous devons encore nous battre pour la protection de notre droit le plus fondamental : le droit de vivre. Ce droit n'est possible que parce que notre plan\u00e8te Terre peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 nos besoins, mais pas pour longtemps si nous continuons \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger ce qui rend la vie possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ocean Rebellion s'engage \u00e0 faire pression sur le gouvernement portugais en envahissant les rues et les c\u00f4tes. Nous continuerons \u00e0 rappeler \u00e0 tous que la Terre doit \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9e dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de toutes les formes de vie. La Terre ne peut \u00eatre trait\u00e9e comme une ressource \u00e9conomique et exploit\u00e9e au profit de quelques personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
