Les calculs montrent que le co\u00fbt environnemental de la location de ce bateau de croisi\u00e8re \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 ce que chaque policier sur le bateau fasse 6 fois l'aller-retour sur la lune dans une voiture fonctionnant aux combustibles fossiles.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La R\u00e9bellion pour l'oc\u00e9an exige que le gouvernement cesse de gaspiller de l'argent dans des conf\u00e9rences inutiles, remplies d'arguments \u00e9cologiques et de repas de luxe. Le monde a besoin de gouvernements d\u00e9sireux de prot\u00e9ger et de r\u00e9parer l'oc\u00e9an. La R\u00e9bellion pour l'Oc\u00e9an exige que le G7 accepte :<br>Taxer les carburants de transport MAINTENANT<br>R\u00e9duire les flottes de p\u00eache MAINTENANT<br>Prot\u00e9gez la haute mer contre l'exploitation mini\u00e8re en eaux profondes MAINTENANT<br>Mettez fin \u00e0 la pollution chimique due aux cosm\u00e9tiques, aux eaux us\u00e9es, aux plastiques et \u00e0 l'agriculture d\u00e8s maintenant.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-9679291\/Extinction-Rebellion-protestors-sea-demand-action-climate-change-G7-summit.html#v-7999322614257565926\">dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-9679291\/Extinction-Rebellion-protestors-sea-demand-action-climate-changement-g7-summit.html<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Rob Higgs dit<br><em>\"La navigation est responsable de 400 000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s dans le monde. Le bon sens veut que cela change imm\u00e9diatement pour \u00e9viter un effondrement catastrophique du climat.\"<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Clive Russell dit :<br><em>\"Nous devons agir maintenant pour lutter contre le changement climatique catastrophique, l'acidification des oc\u00e9ans et la perte de biodiversit\u00e9. Si nous ne nous attaquons pas \u00e0 tous ces probl\u00e8mes, nous tuerons l'Oc\u00e9an. Nous sommes tous li\u00e9s au destin de cet espace merveilleux, et SI LA MER MEURE, NOUS MEURONS.\"<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sophie Miller ajoute :<br><em>\"Nous demandons au gouvernement britannique de tenir sa promesse et de profiter de la conf\u00e9rence du G7 pour mener un changement environnemental significatif. Arr\u00eatez de faire comme si de rien n'\u00e9tait et commencez \u00e0 prendre les mesures drastiques n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face \u00e0 la crise. Nous devons changer les besoins futurs avant qu'il ne soit trop tard.\"<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Daisy Pearson dit :<br><em>\"Le carbone noir provenant du transport maritime contribue directement \u00e0 l'effet alb\u00e9do et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la fonte de la calotte glaciaire du Groenland, un point de basculement climatique bien connu. Cela met en danger notre survie sur cette plan\u00e8te. Les gouvernements jouent un jeu dangereux avec nos vies et ce sont les pays du Sud, les moins responsables du changement climatique, qui en souffrent. Nous disons stop maintenant.\"<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Roc Sandford d'Ocean Rebellion dit :<br><em>\"Le gouvernement britannique, malgr\u00e9 ses positions \u00e9cologiques, vient de d\u00e9penser des quantit\u00e9s folles de carburant nocif pour le transport maritime en faisant naviguer un paquebot de croisi\u00e8re depuis la Baltique juste pour loger les policiers amen\u00e9s pour le G7. Soit ils ne comprennent pas \u00e0 quel point c'est nocif, soit ils s'en fichent. Ou les deux. Pour \u00e9viter un effondrement du climat et de la nature, les transports maritimes et a\u00e9riens doivent \u00eatre tax\u00e9s d\u00e8s maintenant \u00e0 un niveau tel qu'ils r\u00e9duisent leur utilisation d'au moins 10% par an, comme le reste de l'\u00e9conomie.
