C'est encore mieux d'avoir huit yeux impassibles \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de l'OMI pour voir les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s arriver pour discuter des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES) lors de la 14e session du \"Groupe de travail intersessions sur la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de GES des navires\".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me demande si le groupe sur les GES a pris des d\u00e9cisions dignes de la mer sur la mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions du transport maritime ? Probablement pas, car tout ce qui pourrait affecter les r\u00e9sultats de l'industrie du transport maritime n'est pas \u00e0 l'ordre du jour, malgr\u00e9 l'\u00e9norme augmentation des profits de cette industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre que notre gentil rappel des Rebelles rouges les aidera \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leur devoir envers l'environnement. Nous rendrons \u00e0 nouveau visite \u00e0 l'OMI dans le courant de l'ann\u00e9e pour le lui rappeler. En attendant, voici un rappel de ce que nous pensons de l'OMI.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n    <h2 id=\"callout-block_40047122d8e29bb661a51423bd0846f9\" class=\"callout-heading callout-heading-advanced\">\n\n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">L'OMI<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">est impropre \u00e0<\/span>\n    \n    \n        <span class=\"font--function-stencil size--fixed\">objectif<\/span>\n    \n    \n    <\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<p>L'OMI est manifestement inadapt\u00e9e. Elle n'agit qu'au nom de l'industrie du transport maritime et prend rarement en compte l'environnement. Elle doit r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 les \u00e9missions du transport maritime d\u00e8s maintenant. Si l'on ajoute \u00e0 cela que l'OMI continue de soutenir l'industrie des combustibles fossiles, en ne taxant pas le carburant des navires et en autorisant la combustion en mer du HFO, un sous-produit polluant des combustibles fossiles, et qu'elle ne r\u00e9glemente pas le transport maritime des produits p\u00e9trochimiques dangereux, la liste des m\u00e9faits et des mauvaises orientations de l'OMI commence \u00e0 devenir tr\u00e8s longue. Compte tenu de cette liste qui ne cesse de s'allonger, n'est-il pas temps que la mission environnementale de l'OMI soit confi\u00e9e \u00e0 une autre agence des Nations unies, plus performante ?  La vie est trop importante pour \u00eatre gaspill\u00e9e par une bureaucratie inepte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La r\u00e9bellion de l'oc\u00e9an exige :<\/strong><br><strong>L'ONU doit cr\u00e9er un nouvel organisme transparent et repr\u00e9sentatif pour gouverner l'oc\u00e9an dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de TOUTE vie. La restauration et le r\u00e9approvisionnement de l'oc\u00e9an doivent \u00eatre les seuls crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite de ce nouvel organisme. Il doit remplacer le pouvoir des entreprises par le pouvoir du peuple.
