Dies wird als Beifang bezeichnet, und dieses \u00f6kologische Gemetzel ist in das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell der Grundschleppnetzfischerei integriert.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die Menschheit hat dem Fisch den Krieg erkl\u00e4rt, und wir gewinnen. Die Meere sind so ersch\u00f6pft, dass kleine Fischergemeinden am Rande des \u00dcberlebens stehen. Dabei handelt es sich um Kohlenstoff, der in den Sedimenten des Meeresbodens, in marinen Lebensr\u00e4umen und in den dort gefangenen Fischen gespeichert ist. Wenn Blue-Carbon-Sedimente besch\u00e4digt werden, k\u00f6nnen sie von Senken zu Quellen von&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fclim.2021.710546\/full#B133\">CO2 und von Methan (CH4),<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;ein viel st\u00e4rkeres Treibhausgas. Blauer Kohlenstoff wird auch in Meerestieren gespeichert, so dass Fische, die aus dem Meer genommen werden, ebenfalls zur Freisetzung von blauem Kohlenstoff beitragen. All dies tr\u00e4gt zur Versauerung der Ozeane bei, die in relativ naher Zukunft alle Meereslebewesen mit Skelett oder Muschel auszul\u00f6schen droht. Unz\u00e4hlige Meeresarten sind inzwischen vom Aussterben bedroht.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Gegenw\u00e4rtig absorbiert der Ozean Kohlenstoff aus der Luft, aber wenn dieser Kohlenstoffgehalt ansteigt, \u00e4ndert sich alles zum Schlechten. \"Der Ozean absorbiert jedes Jahr ein Viertel bis mehr als ein Drittel unserer CO2-Emissionen. Wenn er aufh\u00f6rt zu atmen, werden auch wir aufh\u00f6ren zu atmen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In den K\u00fcstengew\u00e4ssern wird ein Gro\u00dfteil des Kohlenstoffs gebunden und gespeichert. Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit waren die schottischen K\u00fcstengew\u00e4sser durch eine Drei-Meilen-Grenze vor der Grundschleppnetzfischerei gesch\u00fctzt. Diese wurde 1889 eingef\u00fchrt, um die Sch\u00e4digung der Fischpopulationen zu bek\u00e4mpfen und kleine Fischerboote zu sch\u00fctzen. Diese Grenze wurde 1984 abgeschafft. Seitdem sind die K\u00fcstengew\u00e4sser des Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreichs st\u00e4ndigen Angriffen durch immer gr\u00f6\u00dfere Supertrawler ausgesetzt. Es gibt keinen Schutz f\u00fcr die britischen K\u00fcstengew\u00e4sser und das Meeresleben, nicht einmal in Meeresschutzgebieten. Und wir reden hier nicht von b\u00e4rtigen, grauhaarigen M\u00e4nnern in winzigen Schleppern, die in Harmonie mit dem Meer leben, sondern von riesigen Fabriken im Meer. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil unseres Fisches wird von SLAUGHTER HOUSE-ON-SEA gefangen. Ein gro\u00dfer Teil dieses Fangs wird von Marionetten der Industrie wie dem Marine Stewardship Council als \"nachhaltig\" bezeichnet und dann in Ihrem Lieblingssupermarkt verkauft. Die industrielle Fischerei ist nicht nachhaltig. Aber es gibt andere, kleinere Fischereimethoden, die nachhaltig sein k\u00f6nnen. Sie bedeuten zwar, dass wir mehr f\u00fcr unsere Meeresfr\u00fcchte bezahlen m\u00fcssen, aber sie sch\u00fctzen den Ozean, damit auch k\u00fcnftige Generationen ihn genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Supertrawler fischen in britischen Gew\u00e4ssern, sogar in unseren Meeresschutzgebieten.
